Wonder Mom:

I am SO THANKFUL for the change of seasons!

After we had such a

H-O-T Summer,

I cannot ever remember being so grateful for...

...the BEAUTIFUL, COOLER Autumn weather!

Wonder Mom:

I am thankful for my "new" hobby,

crocheting.

I am grateful to...

...Miss Marie for taking time

out of her weekly schedule to come over to our home

and teach Jungle Girl and I

how to crochet.

It has served me well

over the last couple of days,

as I have been sick.

I have been sitting in my chair,

crocheting my snot away...

(Ew- too gross?)  ;0)

I am thankful for...

...Super Dad.

I mean it-

I have NO EARTHLY IDEA
how all you single parents juggle 

taking care of your kiddos

all by yourself!

He is my best friend,

my partner,

my help-mate,

my rock.

He gets me and accepts me for who I am,

and I am so grateful...

Wonder Mom:

I am SO THANKFUL for our neighborhood!

This picture was taken on Halloween,

and it includes just a few of our most favorite

people in the world.

I am so grateful that God put us in this neighborhood,

with these families,

for this time.

I see my kiddos growing and playing and happy-

and learning to love others the way God wants us to-

all within the the confines of these

140+ homes.

Thankful Thoughts, Day 1

For the past couple of years,

every November 

I write daily about the things
I am thankful for.

It is a great way for me to get in the 

correct frame of mind 

for the upcoming holiday season,

and gives me a chance to reflect on all

that God has chosen to bestow

upon me and my family.

This year,

I want to encourage my kiddos to join in

on my thankful thoughts,

so I will also be including their daily blessings too...

Day Spring Family Care.

Mr. Jim and his wife are dear friends of our family,

and they take mighty good care of us,

whenever we are sick.

Today...

...Baby Girl got to go and have a Strep Test,

which she unfortunately got an "A" on.

Day Spring is a safe place to go

and recover,

and I am ALWAYS grateful for the way in which

Mr. Jim treats his patients with a Minister's care.
