stART: Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin, Jr. and John Archambault

During our first week of homeschooling,
I focused many of
Baby Girl's and Little Wild Man's
activities around the book...
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom
by
Bill Martin, Jr. and John Archambault.
The kiddos made coconut trees
with ABC stamps......using THIS sheet.

***************************************

The kiddos practiced coloring-by-number...
...using THIS sheet.

**************************************

Practicing the ABC's...
...with puzzles was fun...

*********************************************

BUT,
the BEST alphabet practice
of the week was,
BY FAR...
...playing with THESE
ABC Playdough cards.

G. F. = Great Fun!

For more GREAT FUN activities with books,
please take the time to check out

  3. How cool! I've never seen the alphabet cards for playdough. I'll have to look for them. Sassyfras and Juiciness seem to have had the "lightbulb go on" when it comes to letters and their sounds, so I think they would enjoy this now.
