I went to Goodwill to purchase a potI could make my detergent and other cleaners in...

P.S. I know some people have problems finding the correct supplies to make
the laundry detergent,
but I really had no problem.
All of the supplies were at our local Kroger.
However, if you can't get them in your area,

What do you think of the homemade soap? We tried it about a year ago, and did some laundry challenges against a store brand, and Tide - Tide won hands down, so now I just look for coupons. Laundry is bad enough, but doing the laundry, and not getting the clothes clean, would be a double insult.

ReplyDeleteWell, I think Tide perhaps gets the clothes whiter, but I found the clothes passed the "smell-my-husband's-shirts'-arm-pits" test with flying colors...sorry to be so graphic...
ReplyDeleteI think when I do the whites, I will add a bit of Oxyclean or bleach, but other than that, I am pretty pleased. But, keep in mind, I am not a fanatic about laundering clothes...as long as we smell clean, I am pretty content!
