Thursday

March 7th-13th

Highlights from this week include:

*Doing laundry-
and yet not seeming to touch the mountain
of dirty clothes in our laundry room
*SIGH*

*Quick trip to the thrift store,
which resulted in some good yarn and book
purchases

*Going to Super Start!

This event is for tweens,
grades 4th-6th,
and is an AWESOME amount of
spiritual fun!

We stay at the
which only ups the "fun factor"
for the kiddos.

Both Super Dad and I went as sponsors
for our group of
22 4th and 5th graders.

We also got to see Nana and Papa
on the trip,
letting Baby Girl and Little Wild Man
spend some time with them
while we were at the conference.

*Learned about the Harlem Shake-
and then put one together with our 4th and 5th graders.

*Brought home the
FLU
from Super Start

After an excellent weekend,
Monday morning I woke up not feeling so great,
and later in the day I found out
my "bed buddy" on the trip
had the flu.

So Tuesday I went and got tested,
and I most certainly had it too.

I cancelled watching all my
"extra" kiddos for the rest of the week
and have been resting on the couch,
watching way to much
junk on TV.

(And now, as I am getting better,
the rest of the fam seems to be getting it-
so much for school this week!)

  1. What a fun collage! I am sorry to hear that you took home the flu, though.
